Marketing Plan

 

We understand the unique challenges which can be posed when marketing a new bar or live music business, and we did quite a bit of research before we opened our first location.  


We thoroughly researched local print publications, from music industry publications to general newspapers, and we worked hard to find the optimum choice of print media in which to promote our new bar business.

When we first started planning our marketing strategy, we decided to focus on a number of free newspapers which are distributed in local bars and restaurants. 
 

These types of publications had a number of important advantages, such as a relatively low cost of display ads and a very wide circulation.  
 

Throughout the years we have found that these community publications are an excellent way to spend our limited marketing budget, and we continue to make full use of these fine publications.

In addition to these print resources, we have utilized the power of radio in a number of unique and innovative ways.  Not only did our new bar business purchase a series of ads on the local youth oriented radio station, but we also made use of the radio company’s remote promotion operations.  

We have found that having the radio station personalities and disc jockeys at our bar locations has greatly helped us to bring in more business, and we have continued to use this strategy with each of the new locations we have opened.
