Bar Business Plan Sample
Company Plan

Company Plan

Company Overview

The bar business we run today began as a single outlet in a region of town that we felt was underserved when it came to bars and restaurants.

We opened a small bar in a closed up storefront, and after a few months of hard work and dedication we began to see the results we had hoped for.

Within a year our new bar had become one of the most favored places for local people to meet, and this community feel is one of the most important parts of our business to this day.

Objectives

As time goes by our bar business intends to grow and expand its operations.  We plan to grow beyond our four current locations, and we also plan to expand our live music operations at the bars we already own.

In order to put this plan into action, we are currently working with a business consultant, real estate agent and architect in order to find or build the perfect location for our vision.

Our management team continues to scour the local area and surrounding communities for suitable properties, and we anticipate opening our fifth location within a year.

Within the next five years, we intend to open another two or three bars in surrounding communities. We feel that these surrounding communities remain underserved, and we plan to offer restaurant services and meals as well as drinks when these new bars open their doors.

Depending on the size of the locations chosen for these new locations, we may decide to include live music venues in these new bars as well.
