   Take steps to figure out what type of business will work with your personality. Find something you would like to do. If you started a business and you did not enjoy it. How long do you think it will last?

3. Choose a legal form
   Will you start a sole proprietorship, a partnership, a limited liability company or corporation? Choose the one that will work best for your specific type of business and the way you want to organize it.

4. Determine where the money will come from
   Are you going to self finance your business, get a loan from a creditor or get others to invest in your business?
